Administrative Analyst

Overview
The candidate will coordinate all required audit actions to support the successful deployment, operation and management of DTS activity. They will serve as either reviewing official, approving official, or certifying official travel. They are responsible for ensuring all travel is in
accordance with applicable laws, policies, regulation, or guidance. Responsibilities
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Develop schedules and deconflict across organizations while tracking tasks.
- Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office - Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms and build PowerPoint briefings.
- Generate and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Write weekly reports, error free, quickly and efficiently.
- Take minutes from planning meetings, share with stakeholders, and post to electronic file sharing systems.
- Manage SharePoint portal systems to enable file sharing and collaborative work environments.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems.
- Handle multiple projects - prioritize and arrange work requirements to accomplish goals and ensure work is completed.
- Operations Document Reviews in accordance with AR 25-50.
- Assists the Government in developing acquisition documents, such as MIPRs (intergovernmental), Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements List requirements, work breakdown structures, schedules, and life cycle cost estimates.

- Provide technical expertise to influence the initial design and engineering design changes of aviation and missile weapon system hardware and software to reduce the impact to the sustainment and readiness of the system during test and evaluation; production and/or construction; operation; maintenance; and the ultimate disposal/recycling of systems and equipment (total system life cycle support). Examples include design influence that reduces life cycle sustainment costs, reduced manpower requirements, increased reliability, availability, and maintainability, reduced fuel consumption, transportable by existing capabilities, use of standard tools, test equipment, skills, training, packaging, and facilities.
- Provide technical expertise to identify opportunities to drive down the logistics cost in terms of manpower, spares and downtime while adapting proven advanced technologies to enhance performance and reliability, reinforcing standardization, commonality, and interoperability initiatives, corrosion reduction, environmental compliance, and have minimal adverse impact to the user.

Primary Duties
- Aiding influence design and requirements criteria for the FVL ecosystem: Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA), The Future Unmanned Aircraft System (FUAS), and Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA).
- Provide support for the assessment, analysis, integration, test planning and evaluation of FVL candidate sensors, signal processing, target acquisition, guidance, navigation, control, electronics and computers.
- Provide support in the area of Open Systems Architecture (OSA) for the design and development of techniques and technologies aligned with the DoD's MOSA and the CFTs A3I approach.
- Assists with logistics engineering in maintenance planning to ensure all aspects of maintenance are addressed in systems designs and design changes.
- Assists to define the work to date that the FVL CFT is accomplishing within the FVL ecosystem to develop, refine knowledge and discipline of decision making to quickly translate decisions into leveraging capabilities across Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) / Joint MDO (JMDO) with joint partners to execute a timely and relevant kill chain to Find, Fix and Finish the objective
